“Unprecedented times” seems to be the most popular term to describe the past year. Whatever our own personal experience, the impact on our physical, psychological and social wellbeing has been great for a substantial portion of our workforce.
There are many things that employers can and are doing to alleviate some of the pressures and the We invest in wellbeing framework provides an excellent template to help place employee wellbeing at the very heart of the business.
As licensed delivery partners for Investors in people, we are here to support you on your We invest in wellbeing journey and accreditation.
1 | Wellbeing Framework
2 | Your Assessment
An assessment might sound daunting, but it isn't. It's a chance for our practitioner to get to know your company, your wellbeing programme and your people. We’ll survey your people for their feedback. We’ll also talk to them, as well as the people that support the wellbeing programme.
3 | Your Report
At the end of the assessment, we'll produce a report summing up our findings and giving you recommendations to help you improve. You'll also find out what level you achieved: Silver, Gold or Platinum.
4 | Making Improvements
Becoming accredited is an achievement to celebrate! But it's not the end of the journey. Your accreditation lasts for three years and we'll help you create an action plan for what changes your company's going to make over that time.
Join us on this latest webinar to introduce you to the framework and how it can help create a culture of wellbeing for the health of your employees and your business.
The 30 minute session is for all businesses based in the North of England, Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man. Open to all, both existing Investors in People organisations and those who haven't worked with us before are welcome.
During the session we’ll look at an overview of our We invest in wellbeing framework, go through the options to gain accreditation and help you think about the next steps to start your journey.
This session is ideal for senior executives and leaders in organisations.
